PAYMENT STATUS

Awaiting payment The payment has not yet been identified in our system. In the case of a bank slip, once payment has been made, the system may take up to 48 hours to identify the payment.

PAYMENT STATUS

Payment confirmed The payment method used was successfully identified. In the case of payments by bank slip, it means that the payment was identified successfully.

PROCESSING STATUS

Processing Product being handled within the Distribution Center. At this stage, the order is invoiced with the issuance of NF-e and we handle the item at the factory, which may include final finishes on the piece, quality control and packaging for shipping.

PROCESSING STATUS

Order dispatched It means that the order handling has already been completed and sent to the customer. At this stage, the Verse customer will receive an email notification, where a tracking code (if applicable) will be provided so that they can track the arrival of the purchase.
