What are the pieces made of?
Our core collection is 925 sterling silver with hand-set stones in prong settings, finished with Italian cord where the design calls for it. The 18K Gold collection is solid 18K gold.

What plating options are available?
Silver pieces can be finished in rose, yellow gold, white gold 18K or black rhodium. You choose the finish when you order.

Are the stones real?
Each product page lists exactly what is set in that piece. We describe every material plainly — nothing is implied.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
Bracelets run from 16 cm to 20 cm (roughly 6.3" to 7.9"). Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist where you'd wear the piece, mark where it overlaps, and measure it flat. If you are between sizes, size up — these are meant to sit, not grip.

What if the size is wrong?

Care

How should I look after my jewelry?
Take pieces off before swimming, showering or the gym. Keep them away from perfume, lotion and cleaning products — plating dislikes chemicals more than it dislikes wear. Store them dry, ideally in the pouch they arrived in, and wipe them with a soft dry cloth after wearing.

Will the plating wear over time?
All plated jewelry changes with wear. Ours is built to last, and the lifetime warranty is there precisely because we expect these pieces to be worn, not stored.

Warranty

What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Every piece carries a lifetime warranty. If something goes wrong with the craftsmanship, contact us and we'll take care of it.
