What are the pieces made of?
Our core collection is solid 925 sterling silver with hand-set stones in prong settings, finished with Italian cord where the design calls for it. The 18K Gold collection is solid 18K gold.
Is anything plated?
Our Rivieras are solid 925 sterling silver finished in a genuine layer of 18k white gold. Every other piece is solid 925 silver with no plating at all. The exact metal and finish of each piece is listed in its specifications on the product page.
Are the stones real?
Each product page lists exactly what is set in that piece. We describe every material plainly — nothing is implied.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Every piece with a size option has a Find my size tool on its product page. Bracelets run from 16 cm to 20 cm (roughly 6.3" to 7.9"). Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist where you'd wear the piece, mark where it overlaps, and measure it flat. If you are between sizes, size up — these are meant to sit, not grip.
What if the size is wrong?
Please measure before ordering — the conditions for returns and exchanges, including who covers shipping, are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. If you are unsure between two sizes, write to us before you order and we will help you choose.
Care
How should I look after my jewelry?
Take pieces off before swimming, showering or the gym. Keep them away from perfume, lotion and cleaning products. Store them dry, ideally in the pouch they arrived in, and wipe them with a soft dry cloth after wearing.
Will the finish wear over time?
The solid silver lasts a lifetime and polishes back to new. A plated finish, like every plated finish in fine jewelry, softens gradually with wear — that is the nature of a surface finish, not a defect. Full detail on our Warranty & Authenticity page.
Warranty
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Every solid 925 silver piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong with the craftsmanship, contact us and we'll take care of it.
Orders
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to the United States, United Kingdom and Germany, by FedEx Express or DHL Express. All duties and taxes are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Transit is 4–8 business days to the US and 8–12 to Europe.
